Yesterday was  a very intensive day. I went to pilates and than I decided to go to Jazz Dance class because I like our trainer and she does the both of these classes.

Now I am proud of myself but it so hurts me!:)

I am alive but I try to not move:)

    yeah i wake up and it hurts sometimes im like ouchie but it kind of is a good hurt…ohh jazz dance that sounds super fun
