Don’t worry! Be happy! … or about motivation

All illness is from nerves. Excess weight is too.

“There are only two things to worry about;

Either you ate wtll or you are sick.

If you are well, then there is nothing to worry about$

But if you are sick, there are two things to worry about$

Either you get well or die.

If you are well there is nothing to worry about;

If you are die, there are two things to worry about$

Either you go to Heaven or to Hell.

If you go to Heaven, there ie nothing to worry about;

But if you go to Hell, you’ll be so damn busy shaking hands with Friends,

You won’t have time to worry”.

My goals for next month

First of all I have changed. Really changed. I found my old photos and understood that I was diffrent.

It is like you look at your photo and can’t recognize yourself.

It is amasing and it is really scare, becouse last month I have had the big problems with motivation and my weight has stopped.

But… I saw what I will be able to lose if I can’t change this situation now.

I decided to check my goals. I will write my “big” goals a little bit later, becouse I need the time.

Now I am writting my next month’s goals:

1. Sleep a lot - go to bet earlier than 11 p.m.

2. Be careful with cold weather - when you feel cold you want it. Now - 6 C, but next month it will be able - 15 - 20.

3. Go to gym more than twice a week.

4. Do my pilates exercises every morning.

5. Control calories and weight every day.

6. Find new way for haveing enjoiment without food.

7. Control my goals.

Hello all!I’ve lost only 1lbs this week, but it was a very important 1 lbsJOn Friday I seemed that I lost motivation.But now I understand that my goals more important than one more piece of cake and I can do it.Tomorrow I am going to do all my mental exercises. Today my doctor corrected my diet and I think it can help me to retune on my way. I started to read a very interesting book. It is “The 7 habits of highly effective people” by Stephen R. Covey. I think it’s a very useful book for people who try to lose weight.

The first blog:)

Hello all!This is my first blog for BuddySlim. I glad to be here.In August I started the health program from one of the famous Russian clinic. I think it was a good decision for me. This people gave me some things that I could not find without their help. It is not the first time when I try to lose weight. Three years ago I lost 55 lbs in three months but 30 lbs returned. Now I try to change my live. I know what I want and why this things more important than enjoyment from food.I hope some of my blogs will be able to useful for somebody.  Enjoy your live and be happy!
